Constitution
The KOV Forum’s current constitution was adopted more than a decade ago.
Since the adoption of the Neighbourhood Plan at the beginning of 2026, there is a need for the Forum to review the constitution and modernise it to better help the organisation move forward.

Neighbourhood Plan
Ten years in the making ― with extensive involvement from all sectors of the Kennington, Oval and Vauxhall community ― the Neighbourhood Plan was put to a public referendum conducted on 11 December, 2025. It finally came into force at the end of January 2026.
This is very much a plan that adds additional perspectives developed in the community to hold other local planning authorities and public bodies to account.
